Dear Council members; Here are the things for you to consider this meeting.

UTV Ordinance – Recent legislation is allowing UTV’s to be placed under the governance of cities when used on that city streets. An ordinance is required for this. We have been working on this ordinance for a few weeks and believe we have a good draft. This Ordinance can be passed as an emergency ordinance and be done in one meeting according to the Municipal League Rules. This is the only purpose of this meeting. No other business will take place.
