City of Bono would like to share information about our Water Billing that were recently asked by new and old customers. Our goal is to share information to keep everyone informed. You can now choose to have your Water bills emailed to you or a paper bill mailed each month. If you would like e-bills and are not currently receiving, please contact City Hall 870-932-0100.
We also have online bill pay, go to bonoar.com, or Log In – Customer Web Portal (epayub.com) In addition, you can contact your bank and also set up autopay or bill pay. Another option is text 870-558-6336 pay my bill or water bill to pay your bill (this will direct you to the online bill pay, you will need your account number for quick pay or create a login). Current Water Bills are due on the 15th of each month. If you have a Past Due or Previous Balance on your bill, the previous balance is due on the 4th to avoid disconnection on the 5th of each month. Once water is disconnected you will be required to pay previous balance and a $60.00 reconnection fee before services are reconnected. If water services are disconnected for two weeks for nonpayment your account will be closed and your deposit applied.
